How does it work?
Once you deliver the load, just scan and email your rate sheet and signed bill of lading to us. We will pay you based on the instruction you give us. Funds can be deposited SAME DAY by EFS Fuel Card or wire transfer OR via ACH direct deposit.
What documents are required to sign up with Treadstone Capital?
Along with Treadstone Application, we need a copy of your driver’s license, articles of incorporation, form W9, copy of insurance, and a voided check (with name and address of account holder).
Is there any fee to get set up with Treadstone Capital?
No, we know how much money you have already spent to start your trucking company, we are here to improve your cash flow, not reduce it.
Once I am set up, who do I call regarding my invoices and daily funding?
As soon as your account is set up, you will have an account executive assigned to help you manage your account. Your account executive can be reached M-F 8:30am-5pm (EST). On Saturdays we are open from 10am-2pm (EST), you can always reach a representative from our Customer Service Team.
Do you offer Recourse or Non-Recourse Factoring?
Treadstone Capital offers both Recourse and Non Recourse factoring programs.
What if the shipper, broker, or customer doesn’t pay?
If you are a recourse customer, any unpaid invoices that we are unable to collect will be charged back to you. If you are on our Non-Recourse program and the broker, shipper, or customer does not pay, then Treadstone Capital will cover the loss. (Non Recourse does not cover claims, damages, deductions, fees, etc.
Am I required to factor all of my invoices with Treadstone Capital?
No, we do not require you to factor all of the brokers, shippers, or customers you work with.
Do you offer fuel advances?
Yes, please let your account executive know if you are interested in signing up with our fuel advance program. We offer up to 50% on any picked up load with a copy of the rate confirmation sheet and bill of lading (after load is picked up). We provide fuel advances on Saturdays between 10am-2pm. We know your business doesn’t stop on the weekends, we are there for you when you need us.
Will I have access to view my factoring account online?
Yes, you will have access to view your account with us online, view and print your funding reports, and submit documents to Treadstone Capital Online.
